Abstract

The authOr has had a case of pyramidal fracture of maxillary anterior bone by trauma.
A23-year-old R.O. K. marine enlisted man was seen on July 15, 1969, following a fall from 60 feet watch tower in Combat Co. Skull X-ray reveald Pyramidal fracture of upper anterior maxillary bone.
An Acrylic Resin Splint was made for fixation of fractured maxillary bone.
